GW Power have recently been awarded the Mechanical and Electrical works on the refurbishment of a Historic former Tannery building. The building which is called Minster House is located in Flemingate, Beverley and is being converted into new offices.
The restoration work will breathe new life into the building and the developer, Wykeland has appointed Stubbs Brothers to carry out the modernisation. Once complete, it will offer 10,000 sq ft of office space over three floors.

The works are due to be complete in February 2020 when Minster House will offer a variety of office suites ranging from 1,325 sq ft to 3,270 sq ft, with contract parking available in Flemingate’s 500-space multi-storey car park.
